Yeah Victoria...your integrity is so very commendable!

I have only had the one order of this tea so far, but another 8 ounces is on its way right now. I'm such a non-expert that all I'm hoping is that what I get tastes as nice as the tiny little bit that I have left....if not the "same" at least that I enjoy what it is.

Again, the lesson I'm learning is that if I'm enjoying a tea, I'd better savor it, because like everything else in life it tends to be fleeting.

Thanks for sharing your story with us,
Dreamer

That is very true. Thanks Dreamer.

As a side note, I want to convey that Tao of Tea was very responsive to my emails during this entire process.

Well,
at least they have been helpful and responsive.
I ordered from www.teacuppa .com and they sold me some old and not that great lychee black tea.
I know because I bought some very cheap black lychee tea from another vendor to compare and the cheaper one was darker and more tasty.

The tea cuppa one, weak, light..almot no taste.

Then received no "tea sampler" w my order..ok fine maybe they forgot.
A bit disapointed,but oh well.

Then after 3 emails, no response at all to my questions or product concerns.
Also, no receipt with my order and just packed in a bubble envelope.

they also have no phone number...that should have been hint #1.
