Did I just commit heresy?
I bought a box of the pyramid bags of Lipton's Black Pearl.
I fixed a cup this afternoon and it's not bad at all. So far I've infused two mugs from the "bag". The first one I had with a little 1/2 & 1/2 ala breakfast mode and the other with just sweetener...I'm diabetic so if I use sweetener it's the artificial kind.
I really appreciate the darjeeling and other teas I keep at work and I have a collection of loose teas at home, too, but the bags do have place in the cabinet.
Any one else tried these?

I haven't tried those specific ones, but I have had the white mango peach. And I must say that they are not that bad, a little heavy handed with the flavorings, but all in all a decent cup. In my opinion they make a good economical and accessible recommendation for people who want to experiment with better tea without sticker shock

I've had the black pearl tea by Lipton, but wasn't impressed by it. It wasn't bad, just not as strong or flavorful as I'd like.

Well I have to admit the pyramid bags are a step up for Lipton.
Their packaging for that product is very attractive.
