OK so I went back and revisited my water... 5g was correct because I used the scale, but water was probably more than 6 oz because I eyeballed it... more like 8 or so now that I checked it closer.

Wow, thanx for sharing, Sarah. Seeing these bundles from India is tempting. I love Darjeeling, the heavenly scents. :) If a tea is not nicely aromatic, I probably won't like it.
