I received a sample of three grades of Keemun from SpecialTeas today.
The top two grades had a smooth quality to them. The "barn yard" taste was very strong. (and I mean the hay and dirt smell/taste...earthy?) I did not hate it, but the particular taste from their tea is not my favorite.
The lowest grade had more of a floral note to the barnyard flavour.
I surely do not hate it, but I have had better flavours from other vendors. Oddly my favorite has come from teazonline.
