Need help translating some tea info

I'm just starting to learn chinese so I'm still on the basic "My name is..." and "Thank you!"

I recently bought a green tea from ebay and would love to get more info about it so if anyone could help me with translating this:

Argus, not sure exactly what information you are looking for.. The brand on the box is "wild elephant valley green tea". The address is from Yunnan, the city of Pu-erh, and the tea factory is called Yung shing. The numbers on the bottom are phone numbers..
