That would depend on how much you have.
I try not to toss old tea, so I usually have plenty of tea that may not have impressed me enough to drink but works quite nicely for the TeaBath.
I usually boil a large pot of water, then throw the leaf in there, then strain it as I pour it in the tub. A cup of fluffier tea or half that of not fluffy tea should be a good starting point.
I definitely prefer greens and whites. Something disconcerting about a tub full of BLACK tea.
