Preliminary warming of tea (temperature/seconds/not needed): n/a
1st Brewing (temperature/seconds): Dunk it in tea a few times hot water from the company water cooler and let it sit on my desk while I work. Notice it about 20 minutes later and curse as I hurriedly pull the bag from the now black broth. Spatter tea spots on important papers and curse some more. Sip the now luke-warm tea and make a sour face at the bitterness of it.

I put my tea 'recipes' here on my website:

http://www.well.com/user/debunix/recipe ... gTeas.html

It's due for an update soon, as I've changed a few things, but I still pretty much do it that way.
