i think artisan chocolates are ok. i think its the big brand confections that are the problem really, like hersheys n kitkat and stuff.

More goes to the farmers when cacao is transformed at the source, like on Claudio Corallo's plantation in Sao Tome claudio corallo chocolate dot com
