Methods of brewing coffee [video]

Just thought I'd share an interesting discussion on different methods of brewing coffee. Coffee is second to tea by a rather large margin for me, but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy a nice cuppa joe every once in a while! I've been using a Hario V60 dripper for a few years now and I've been pretty happy with it, never been much of a french press fan. Anyway, this guy makes some really interesting points about extraction regarding different methods of brewing.
