HI,

When I was in China I loved this stuff, Its like fizzy tea. Anyone knoe what its called or where i can get some ?

It could be kombucha?

You can find some threads here that discuss how to make it in your home, too (usually involves buying an unfiltered or unprocessed drink and using that as a starter).

Beware that "kombucha" can also refer to a Japanese seaweed tea, and is something completely different.
