I don't suppose anyone has ever been to Samovar tea lounge by any chance?
Its in San Francisco.

Their Russian black tea was outstanding. Their Chai was okay and their Fukumushi Sencha was good.

Their food is above average and the service was excellent.

Also, feel free to discuss any fine cafes and restaurants that serve loose leaf teas.
