Plagarism?

I also see that some of their images are copied from the Adagio site. Now, they do say Adagio is one of their wholesalers, but I just wanted to bring this up in case they are overstepping their bounds.

When other companies- especially smaller ones- use our images, we don't view it as a copyright issues, but rather a form of flattery. It is costly to get really good pictures of your product if you don't have a photographer, graphic designer, etc or any of that experience.
They're stepping their bounds if the perspective customer believes that they are ordering directly from the Adagio site or in cases when they believe that they are getting Adagio teas through a reseller but get something else of lower quality, or something else.

so....we aren't gonna loot them for all their tea and teawares then leave them stranded in a coffee house with only a tea bag and a coffee cup with a hole at the bottom?

LOL. Unfortunately, nah. But it's good to know if Adagio was ever in a dark alley with some thugs, that there would be someone to get it's back! Love it.

Hi - My name is Desirea and I'm the owner of the shop in question, and just wanted to clarify a few things incase anyone wanted to know.
I started my shop using Adagio teas. Before I started, I asked my sales rep at Adagio if it would be ok to use the Tea descriptions and images for the Adagio teas that I sell. I was told this wouldn't be a problem. I don't advertise Adagio on my website, as I didn't want to mislead anyone into thinking that The Steeping Pot was any sort of official partner of Adagio. If someone asks me who my supplier is, I have no problems telling them it is Adagio. In the next few months I'll be adding teas that Adagio doesn't offer since I've had a lot of requests for Chai (meaning spiced teas - I realize Chai just means tea). I hope that clears things up and no one wants to hunt me down in an alley
