There is a Chinese saying..

Actually there are many Chinese sayings, but I thought I might post one of em here which hit me right in the brain when I first read it.

"Hai Ma Gung Cha, a soft, prude, bitter, pure, sweet lingering, just like spring water from a mountain, untouched, clean resembles 10's of life.

Mo Li Hua Cha(jasmine tea), that clean taste and aroma astonishing, feels fool's love resembles 20's.

Pi lo chun, that untacky and genuine taste and aroma, starting to know about the meaning of life, resembles 30's.

Lung Ching, that simple but organized beautiful divine grace so that settles wits of life, resembles 40's.

Dong Ding, resembles 50's

Bai Lan Hua Cha resembles 60's

Bai Hao Yin Zhen(Silver Needle), resembles 70's

Puerh, without explaination, feeling the depth of time, reaching a goal of Tao, resembles 80's".

Somewhat interpreted roughly by me. However, according to this poem it means my mental state resembles 70's so I am flattered :)
