I recently tried to place an order with Adagio and have not received any response to the two emails I sent concerning a delivery address mixup.

I ordered some items not realizing that having several windows open would double the items in my cart. It wasn't til after I placed the order I discovered the issue and cancelled it immediately. I then went back to replace the order. The first time I went through I noticed they still had my old address from 5 years ago. I added my new address. But when I went to replace the order I forgot to check the address, and upon checking the tracking the next day I noticed it was out for delivery in my OLD neighborhood.

I called UPS who wouldn't do anything about it and emailed Adagio TWICE to have them maybe recall the item. I have just checked the tracking again and no one was home so, so far no one has it. There is NO phone listed for Adagio which, now knowing this I find strange. There is a number listed in the yellow pages but calling it yields no human contact unless you know an employee's name.

There are debit authorizations for the first and second orders and I can just imagine that my money will be gone with no item in its place.

Is anyone out there listening?

When did you place the order?

Don't fret too much, you'll be taken care of. They are pretty great are fixing problems. Hopefully someone will get back to you soon either here or by email. Might I also recommend hitting them up at http://www.twitter.com/adagioteas

Hopefully the Customer Service Rep will be checking in here shortly.
I'm sure it can all be straightened out.

Ok wow. I just checked my email and ummm.. someone claiming to live not far from me offered to deliver a duplicate of the order.. I'm half excited and half creeped out. That was like 40 min ago. Anyone know who that is??

Did they have a name in the email address? PM it to me, I know most of them at adagio.

The email address it came from was, info@adagio.com .

I replied to the email suggesting they not attempt to come to my house this time of night(not the greatest of areas, this). And asked what next. Left it sort of in the air. I'd appreciate if you did contact them for me.

Just wanted to say thank you for attempting to help me everyone. I still don't know who he is(Either he said and I blanked or he didn't and silly me didn't ask) but Some tall dude came to my door and gave me my tea! Now, I didn't really expect him to do that.

That is what I call Service!

(I'm still a little creeped out though).
