I just recived my first order from adagio teas. I must say the service was great including the easy way to order and the fed ex shipment that took only a day with the holiday. Also most importantly i order the starter set which is great. The tea taste absolutly amazing. I cant wait to make my next order.

I ordered from them a week ago and i still havent got my order :cry: . i cant wate untill i get it.

If you don't get it soon, you should probably contact adagio. I know it can sometimes take a week, but it's never been longer than 4 days for me.

my orders have gone from taking 3 days from leaving the warehouse to now 5-7 days.

sigh.

i 2nd, 3rd the checking tracking and getting in touch with Adagio if something looks awry. granted fedex here will get the package early but won't deliver it until the predicted day...poor lonely abused tea.

guitarfreak2641, please let me know your order ID, or email address and I'll look into what is causing the delay.

teamuse, I'm surprised to hear that your orders are taking longer to arrive. We opened a second warehouse on the West coast and most westbound orders should actually arrive much faster. Can you PM me your latest order ID as well. Thanks.
