There are four advantages to green tea... Its beauty, its taste, its aroma, and its health benefits. Learn to enjoy the first three and you'll forget you drank it for the fourth. ^^

I'd sing a requiem, but that may be why it broke in the first place.

How did it break? Janaer makes some damn fine glass which I expose to heating elements, rough washing abuse, and the occasional drop. You must have dropped it from a highrise.

Sometimes, though, even the most durable glass can crack if you happen to hit it at just the right angle. He could've just missed his desk, clunked the glass against the edge of it rather than setting the glass on top of it, and thus broken the glass. Weird, but possible.

I'd like to see the scene of the crime. Perhaps we can piece together this puzzle and bring in the culprit...before anyone else is hurt.

This is precisely why I've ordered back ups before the stockpile is depleted. I'm not sure I could go back to a normal mug now. I'm sorry for your loss :(

How terribly sad ... guess what, I have broken so many of mine I have only 2 left! Anyone knows a good place online that I can get more?

Those look like the small, 7oz. Jaener glasses - Adagio still has those.

They also still have the Minuet (which is a glass mug with a glass infuser and a lid) and they still have stock of all the glass mugs and cups they're selling.

And, even more on the plus side, Adagio has ground shipping for just $3.75. Which is sweet.

Everyone hurry and stock up while Adagio's still got 'em.

*sad music playing in the background (preferably from bagpipes)* Sorry about your loss, Pete. That's sad. At least they're still availiable. Get 'em while the gettin's good!

Haha. That precisely describes what happened to my very first minuet. Went to set it down on top of the filing cabinet in my office and hit the corner instead....glass went....everywhere! What a mess! It was over a year ago and I found a piece of the handle that apparently was missed during the clean-up in one of my lesser-used files the other day. Thank goodness I had finished the tea in the cup...it would have made an even bigger mess and I would have been more sad over the waste of good tea.
Drink your tea slowly and reverently, as if it is the axis on which the world earth revolves - slowly, evenly, without rushing toward the future.
