Do all Adagio loose teas come in bags with exception of the sample tins?

Other than herbals, the ones that come in bags are the largest sizes. If you look at the pictures and what lights up when you roll over the size when you are ordering, you will see what size tin or bag it comes in.

That's what I thought but I didn't want to assume.
