Southern Taiwan?

OK, so I'm looking for a good teashop in Tainan (preferably), but Gaoxiong or Taizhong are doable. I know there are a million tea shops here that sell Taiwanese Oolong, which is what I want, I just haven't found any locals to recommend a particularly reputable shop owner.

Has anyone here lived in or bought great leaves in Tainan? Or do you know any exceptional shop owners here?

Thanks for your help! I mostly meet younger Taiwanese people here who think that brewing tea is quite uncool, haha.

Edit: I forgot to add, I will be using Chinese to speak with the shop owner. I don't expect any tea vendors here to speak English!
