Best place for High Tea in London?

My wife and daughter are going to the UK for spring break and they want to do an afternoon high english tea. Anyone have any recommendations?

I had afternoon tea at Harrods, some years ago. It cost the earth but was a lovely experience, great food and dessert, excellent service, great tea.
