You see, a choice is made as to whether or not to support older browsers. Generally when they're two major revisions old, they can be retired from regular support.

This becomes a major issue when many companies and users are satisfied with the qualitea of what they have, and don't see any necessitea in upgrading their software.

IE 6 is one hell of a bugger, and well worth replacing, but it does the job for a great chunk of the internet.

Because of Internet Exploder-- I mean Explorer's technical designs... Microsoft went about promoting proprietary "standards" as opposed to internet accepted "standards" and so simple things like CSS (stylesheets for layout & design) as well as simple animations (like the herein mentioned steam) end up looking like visual glitches to a lot of users.

BOO to IE6/7/8. I recommend FireFox, Safari, Chrome or if you're desperate... Opera.

The steam arising from the "cup of choice" made me smile--fun idea, love little things like that.
:D
Although my neighbors are all barbarians,
And you, you are a thousand miles away,
There are always two cups on my table.
