I put a high/low thermometer/hygromoter and my garage is about 86' / 75% on a hot day - is that too hot or about ok for a summering for sheng?

The humidity is good. The temp is a bit hot, puerh is like cigars, follow the 70/70 rule. 80/80 is considered wet storage. So I guess if it rarely reaches those temps you will be alright, but I would not recommend keeping it like that long term.

That sounds a little hot for Missouri. The humidity in Alabama is so bad that I don't even worry about using a pumidor. This summer, it's usually 60-80 rh in the house anyway, haha.
