I have a 80207 cake and it is very tasty. :D Sweet, thick mouthfeel and good chi. It's not for the extreme taste sensation people, kinda more of a refined and simple sweet. Can't comment on anything else, it was a gift although knowing the giver price was no object.

The first part is the name of the factory - turns up a whole lot of sites on google, then use babelfish to translate if you don't read chinese, should give you a lot more info on the tea.

Also, black tea cake usually refers to shu, and in that case as much as I love shu I would never pay that much for a cake of it. Even if it were old Golden Needle White Lotus, but I guess to each their own.

Haiwan has also been known to use 5-digit recipe numbers as well.
