A nasal rinse pot?! Is there really such a thing? Why? Booger build-up? I've never heard of it.

there are pots to perform "jala neti", and yes, it is indeed for nasal cleansing.

I've never seen or heard anyone using tea instead of saline though.
Interesting experiment maybe? :mrgreen:

Better ask your doctor.

There is another practice called sutra neti for roughly the same purpose, but with a string instead of saline which is probably where the little snake through the nose out the mouth performance came from.

Don't know if you can make them with Puerh but a Hot Toddy always helps :lol:

Almost all my tea questions are answered right here at TeaChat. :) Been drinking old sheng and aged shu for my cold. The sheng made my nose run like crazy!
