I agree there are a lot of official dayi sellers (and I think most of them are nice people while dayi flagship store is mean
Also I agree tmall stores are safer because there is one more layer of regulation. But I know of some non-tmall stores that are also very good. In fact, sellers of boutique and unique products will seldom pay for a tmall membership.
Something that makes me uncomfortable about tmall stores is, currently they can set up their feedback system so that there is no negative feedback option for the buyer. So if they had upset buyers before, I wouldn't have a way to quickly track it.
