Oh, one more thing. After Kungfu offered to resend, I tried to post a product review explaining everything but Amazon disallowed it and messaged me:
Written reviews must be at least 20 words long. The ideal length is 75 to 500 words.
Your review should focus on specific features of the product and your experience with it. Feedback on the seller or your shipment experience should be provided at www.amazon.com/feedback.
My review was probably too short but it's also good to know that one needs to look at the seller feedback page to find feedback on shipping, not in the customer reviews.

My Kungfu package arrived today, a bit late but not much worse for wear. The two bings were in plastic bags which were then bubblewrapped and the Dayi Golden Needle White Lotus was then put in a stout paper bag.
This web address was on the paper bag: http://xygtea.taobao.com/ but I have no idea if it's related to Kongfu or if they just recycled a bag.
