Hi
I am new to serious tea drinking and this is my first post.
My wife often gets Chinese tea as presents from her students, but we have very little idea what the teas are and what to do with them.
If you can give us any advice that would be great. I guess the first 2 are real puer teas (or at least that is what it says in English). One is a large cake and the other is a box of small 3g pellets wrapped in foil. I have no idea what the 3rd one is. It is leaves vacuum packed in foil pouches.
Thanks a lot.
Mark.
Re: Help me identify these?
1) some sort of Gong Ting (a grade) Shu/Ripe Puerh
2) Chocolate
3) I bet it is TGY.

Thanks for your help.
I have been drinking the second one. It is very mellow and earthy. Not bitter at all. I like it.
