I know of white2tea, although have yet to try any of their puerh. What other vendors offer above average cakes. I hear the term 'boutique' used often.

you may try http://teapals.com for Chen Yuan Hao branded teas. the brand is known for quality.

My favorite boutique-y brand is Tea Urchin (mentioned in the above Teadb.org article).

A brand I have yet to get into but that I hear is very high end is Xi-Zi Hao, Houde Asian Art and Fine Tea carries their stuff.
