Would love Aged Sheng sample suggestions.

One of the intentionally aged teas, Pu-Erh has a loyal following.

I wish there was a decent tea place here. Either A they are too main stream (where 'tea' is the actual drink title) or B It is way too targeted to women (damn frilly places that look like a huge doll house).

Thanks for a killer write up guys, I am learning soo much from this post.

Hey toastedtoads, I am bought that bamboo wrapped brick from Michael at Tea Gallery, I like it.

I saw on your blog you hit up some of the major spots in the city. I am now exploring chinese shops in chinatown and flushing to see if I can find some hidden gems. Lets compare notes.

One sample left of the 2005 MengHai Peacock - send your address soon because I am going to the post office tomorrow morning to pick up a package from Japan. Thanks.

Jeremy,

I live 2 hours away from NYC, I don't usually travel down there unless it's on the company dime. Although with the obsession I have brewing I may have to go more often. So far I love Ito-En and the Tea Gallery. Takashamya was really bizarre. Any more places I should go let me know!

Missed the post office on Saturday - I am flying out this morning so I won't be back to the samples until next week.
