Imbibe

If you have access to a copy of the Jan/Feb edition of Imbibe magazine, it has an interesting article on pu-erh based on an interview with David Lee Hoffman. The photos are quite nice and the article is a good read.

It was pretty cool seeing/reading this in an almost mainstream publication. I hear they frequently do tea articles. I will have to check it out more often.

Also in this edition, Scotch, Sake, and Homebrewing to name few. You can check out the website at imbibe.com.
blah blah blah SENCHA blah blah blah!!!
