Greetings from WI!

Hello everyone,

I'm a guitarist living in Wisconsin, between Milwaukee & Chicago, and I also brew beer professionally part time.

I've been drinking tea (mostly green tea and a bit of oolong) here & there for years, but recently discovered the delicious wonders of good Puerh! After some research and tasting a few ripe cakes a friend brewed for me I ordered a ripe cake & brick as well as a green cake. They just arrived the other day and I'm enjoying them quite a bit.

I've already learned a lot reading this forum the past few weeks and look forward to taking an active part in the community!

I've been brewing for Rustic Road Brewing Co in Kenosha, WI. It's fun, but gigging, etc has been keeping me so busy lately that I'm currently on at least temporary hiatus.
