I would suggest some Keemun or Yunnan Noir for you, if you like black tea. What other teas have you tried?
The proper way to brew tea: Watch the water temp and the steeping time. Different teas have different steeping times. Don't use too much leaf! Try a good teapot or a wide, open infuser basket.
