Market trends.

Hi,

I am from the UK and am in the process of setting up a tearoom. I'm looking for the current market trends on tea sales along with other products such as coffee, chocolate etc and cannot seem to find anywhere with this information.

I have found one website but they charge a fortune for the info! Basically, I need evidence for my business plan to show what is happening to tea sales i.e. are they rising or falling etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
