Easy to do without equipment - I use a piece of parchment paper over my alcohol burner, a candle or charcoal for just the amount I'm going to use right away. It's easy, just keep it moving and experiment around till you get a taste you like.

Im drinking shui jin gui from jingteashop today. They threw in a sample of it last year and I liked it so much I had to get more. Ah those tea samples are such a nice marketing technique.

Believe it or not, I am having my first 2010 Spring Oolong and it's from Norbu. Their baozhong. Very fruity, wow, like super lychee.

I have never tired Norbu before. Their shipping is FAST!
Not sure how I rate this, it is very unique tasting.

Shan Lin Xi from IShopO. This my fourth cup from a 75g pack and until now I am not very impressed by this tea. On the other hand I liked very much the Shan Lin Xi from TFTsampler. I had the same experience with Long Feng Xia: loved the sample fromTFT but I am not impressed at all by the Long Feng Xia from IShopO.

Just pushing some 2009 Mao Xie from Jing Tea Shop as far as it will go. Many infusions later, the spicy middle is giving way to a sweet ending. Am I on 12? 15? And it's still lovely.

A Jade Tie Guan Yin Autumn 2009 to celebrate the first rain after weeks of blistering heat. In the house they call me already Spotty being covered with prickly heat. That's not funny at all. The temperature dropped by 10 degrees both in C and F after the rain. I got out in the garden and let my body soak-in the cool, heavenly water. I think that will have been my best moment of the year.
