Wuyi Star Brand Top Grade Da Hong Pao

Has anyone tried this da hong poa from dragon tea house?
If so do you think it would be worth it to buy the 10 pack?

My first guess is that it seems to be of pretty good quality, and if someone here could confirm this I would be interested in buying the box and maybe splitting it down the middle with someone else if they are interested.

Teaspring also happens to sell it, much cheaper, the same pack, the same brand, I tried it, I tried both their special offerings, they were much better than entry level, this white one was great, but as I wrote in the reviews at teaspring the Cha wang version was much better for the same price.

I just took a look at the oolong you wanted to purchase. not that this really matters much, but I think the older vintages could be better, especially for the price DTH is asking for that 10 pack. If you've tried this stuff before and you like, then do whatever you want. If you're new to it, I'd suggest ordering just one small box..8 grams or 10 or however much it is.

I'm with Oni, for once :) I would say that it's better than some of the cheap crap out there, but there is better for sure.

TeaCuppa has always had good yancha, IMO, although it kind of depends on your personal preferences with regards to things like roasting level (they tend to be mid-roast and clean, which people that like high-fire don't always care for).
