Seven bin black dragon?

Someone asked me if I had ever heard of a tea called seven bin black dragon (not sure if bin is spelled correctly, I didn't ask them to spell it). I know that black dragon is another name for oolong tea, but I can't come up with any information on what this tea is. I know that translations of teas can get a little strange, so I'm hoping someone has heard of this tea and can give me some information on it.
