hey soapy...how was your cuppa wuyi, I just got mine too. It was pretty cool, coming in a tin with the "special sticker." So I had to get a special wuyi avatar.
I had to sample mine too since I have had wuyi's that varied greatly from each other, but it was quite good.
See you at the awards banquet...heheh.

...I am humbled by your humbleness...
hmmm...not a meal...what could it be?

I am getting closer...90% certain of what I will do...but still open to that amazing inspiration that I always expect to hit me right between the eyes...heheh...lol.

Good cooking and may your food not stick to the pans,

hmmm now sit relax and enjoy another cup of this tea and hopefully that something will come to you!

mines a side dish appetizer type of thing. Great for any occasion, BBQ, snacks, luncheons, etc.

...what I am thinking would be an adaptation of something I do with another tea...but I think it would be an interesting contrasting variation...
It is such a subtle application though...most folks have that WOW factor going for them with their recipes.

This banter we have going is kinda fun...there should be a TeaChef section in the forum...or is there...anyway, I am going to suggest it.

I must save all my remaining wuyi for experimentation...just in case I fail with my first attempt. It is amazing that rarely happens to me...and I never follow a recipe...

Great news for TeaChefs and wannabes...there is a whole new seperate section for us under the Community/TeaChef header...so it will be easy to find out what is going on in the imaginary land of TeaChef.

Check it out and join the fun.

Thanx Adagio...you are the best.

I did find it, it was a GREAT idea! Thank you, I get lost in these forums quite often myself so sometimes I don't bother because of that reason
