Chip, yes very pleased with teahome's tea, they are my current favorite if you can belive it. I just ordered 3 more teas from them to replentish my supply until Floating Leaves new spring harvest comes in a few weeks.

I've also been pleased with HouDe, I've liked every tea I've gotten from there. I had an aged oolong (I think a LiShan?) (80s) a few months ago that was just fantastic.

Thank you Libertatis and Tenuki.

I have wondered mostly about Teahome. Teahome is a bit of an enigma to me. I have asked them some questions and their responses have not completely satisfied me...plus they are ebay. I read all the great feedback there, but really wanted to hear from someone here.

In the mean time, I just ordered from TeafromTaiwan. I like the simplicity of their offerings, the comprehensive harvest info they provide, and their 75 gram bags. I ordered 4 different 2007 Spring offerings. I am really excited to try them as this is the first time I have ordered directly from Taiwan.

But I will also look again at Teahome..and geez, Houde. Well, these oolong will hold me over for a while.

The Red Blossom Tea Co. sells it for five dollars an ounce. It is not the best Tung Ting I've ever had, but it is quite good.

edit: Never mind, I just bought some, and I don't know what changed, but it is quite lacking.

LOL, well, to be honest, oolong is not my first TEAlove, that is green. But I am always drawn to oolongs, it is just not my primary TEAfocus right now. I expect in several years, I will need a change of pace...then I will focus on oolong.
