Actually, I think oolong means black dragon. But I have also seen references to a selection of lapsang called black dragon, supposedly a highest grade.
There appears to be much confusion over the name black dragon.

I voted Taiwan.
Part of me loves Wuyi oolongs, especially Rou Gui. But honestly nothing can stand up against a freshly harvested oolong from Li-Shan (mountain in Taiwan for those in the know).

Ha, I agree that Taiwan is the sure winner, but I found some jade oolong from Thailand that was so awesome, I voted for Thailand just for that
