How do you judge the quality of a DanCong?
I just started reviewing teas (http://www.teaviews.com/ look for reviews by "trent") so I was looking for threads discussing judging teas.
I came across a really interesting thread discussing "How do you judge the quality of a tie guan yin?" and thought it would be interesting to create a similar thread for DanCong.
So... How do you personally judge the quality of a Dan Cong?
If you want to discuss judging the quality of another tea, feel free to create a new thread.
