To give everyone an idea:
I am not a huge fan of oolongs (they tend to be a bit too smoky for my tastes), but I adore pouchong. It's a lot lighter than most oolongs.

I agree with you Tad. Pouchong is such a mellow quiet tea....
I just adore it.

The slow boat from China just pulled in and i am happy to say we are once again restocked on all of our oolongs
