Wan Ling's UK Site

It is always good to see a new venture in tea growing in the UK. In the states you are far too lucky to have such a great choice, and I never know what the Customs man is going to charge me

This TGY description brought a smile to my lips.
Every rolled leaf encapsulates part of the countryside where these teas have grown, giving you the taste of fresh rain on a spring morning and the warm sun and gentle breeze of a spring afternoon.

as did this
Mountain side flavours linger in your mouth and fill your senses with well being.
Has anyone been drinking any Mountains lately :P

I am all done with buying until after my next visit to Malaysia, but I am hopeful I will be able to make some purchases nearer home after I return!

I have a house FULL of tea - and no money left

I have sent an Email of encouragement, asked them if they can provide even more info on the teas they have, whether they are likely to add further Oolongs, or the Gaiwans advertised on the Shanghai site - and told him I would hope to buy some in Spring.

Currently they only stock TKY and I have a bath full of that at the moment!
Best wishes from Cheshire

Speaking of UK tea ventures. If you ever drop by London, Herb Master, be sure to pop into Tea Smith. Much of the stuff on show is geared toward the tea illiterate but the owner, John, has a few gems hidden away if you are reasonably fluent in teaspeak and is an all round nice guy.
