That cat has been a feature on their site for years. Every so often they change his "routine."
Their teas remain a constant too.

Hi Teachatters, I'm back after a long pause...
I've been trying various pu-erhs in the past months, so my "Tea of the month" title goes to Chinese pu-erh. I can't decide which cake though, as it was a lot of samples... I'm still working on getting to understand the sheng basics!

Trying to pick the actual selection to no avail so far.

Fave tea in September was 2010 temomicha from Kaburagien. I just opened my reserve can and, even though it has lost some intensity, it is still amazing how it covers all of your tongue and excites all of your taste buds. Its range is amazing.
FYI, the 2011 is good but is finicky to brew. Also, I see that the 2012 winners are now available.
Cheers!

Well I still showed my Nippon colors. My favorite tea of the month was the Tenryu from the Notti!
Not to say I didn't have other teas last month worthy of the award.
