YAY, it is TeaDay once again. Please join us and share what is in your cup throughout the day.
Yesterday we discussed what we actually view when we sip. You can still vote and discuss yesterday's topic.
Today's TeaPoll and discussion topic. RealiTEA TeaV. If the cameras were rolling in your home, how much of the time would a cup of tea be close at hand on a typical day at home? Please share ...
I am looking forward to checking out everyone's RealiTEA TeaV. Bottoms up.

oops! Forgot to move this topic to its proper location last night. I will blame it on OTTI. Speaking of, 3 days of OTTI continues today.
Re: Tuesday TeaDay 5/25/10 RealiTEA TeaV?
Tough one for me to answer since the question specifically states ... 'at home', since most of my time is spent at work.
Guess I would have to say 50% since I rarely get to sit and enjoy tea more than that while at home. We share tea every morning and of course throughout the day on my days off, but even then other things take priority. So, 50% it is!
Delish Shincha this morning, as it has been every morn for over a week now. I'll let the Mod fill you in on all the details, now back to work for me.
Enjoy your Teaday everyone.

Roughly half the time these days. That goes up when the weather turns cooler.
Yi Congou this morning. Gotta get in the hot tea before it hits 90 later.

As I drink mostly black tea, I like to drink it hot, not lukewarm. So, tea only hangs around about a quarter of the time at my house. I'm an efficient tea drinker!
No tea yet this morning.
The sun is gorgeous out there this morning! Hope you have a good TeaDay!

I put 25% as at home as during the week it's already time to stop tea - usually just one cup at night of decaf or herbal.
At work its probably close to 75%. I have my utiliTEA filled up most of the time, so everything I need to make it is just a reach away.
Started today with a sample Darjeeling from Uptons - trying to expand my black knowledge, but I seem to head back to Yunnans, noir to finish morning time.
Adagio masters AliShan for lunch.

At home, I'd say I have tea nearby about 75% of the time. Selecting, brewing, steeping, and then waiting for the tea to cool down takes a long time... There's no tea at hand while I'm asleep, though.
Pu-erh this morning. Oh, wait, now it's just past noon. (Changing my workout schedule is going to completely throw me off all day today, I just know it. )

Black Pearl from Adagio for me this morning. It is such a good, easy breakfast tea!

And I'm back after a busy period of not being here.
I voted 50%; it's probably between 25-50. If I'm drinking tea, I'm probably seriously considering making some.
In the cup so far: English breakfast and orange spice from Mountain Rose Herbs.

Sadly, much of my day and tea-time is spent away from home. I had to go with 10% - first tea is at work, as I have a tendency to get up roughly 15 mins before needing to leave the house, come back, start tea and dinner, drink tea, eat dinner, do whatever else, go to bed. It'd probably be closer to 25% if I could either drink caffeine that late or find tisanes that I like.
Snowbud all day at work. Now? Methinks maybe Fukamidori...
