Re: New Years Weekend 1/1-2/2011
I did not have tea in the new year yet because I am on a visit.
An interesting thing is that on the new year celebration party I won the first price - a sheep, yeah a sheep, a living animal. So these are the habits on the country-side in Slovakia, but I am happy, It will be very useful to keep the grass in good shape on the backyard of my parents. hehe

Tea always reigns supreme.
Nothing says New Year's Day like watching the Rose Parade. It's another beautiful clear sunny morning here in Southern CA. The floats were awesome. Loved the surfing doggies.

Sooo, the TeaYear is all downhill from here!!!???!!!artmom wrote:Just had a perfect cup of MF Marco Polo, yum!
Began the TeaYear with Okumidori from TeaGallery from Brandon. Yesterday this was quite veggie, today more fuka-like ... curious. I think I steeped it for a shorter time? New crane washi canister from the evil empire Teavana.
Re: New Years Weekend 1/1-2/2011
Tea will definately be supreme for me this year especially since i just ordered almost 3 pounds of tea!! I had a coupon for norbu that i had to use b4 the end of the year so i placed an order. then i saw specialteas was having a 50% off sale so i ordered even more tea. I am going to be up to my eyeballs in tea when the boxes arrive.
No tea yet today, will probably make a pot of rishi pu this afternoon at work.
