Began the TD with the virtual last of Kaboku from Ippodo, it was excellent ... followed by pretty decent genamicha paired sushi and sashimi with the Mrs.

Last year I went for gao shan cha for spring harvests. This year, it is going to be japanese greens.
I've learnt so much in a year. I hope it will be the same in 2011 !

Finishing the day with Organic Sencha from Rishi. Small steeps since sencha is rare here right now ... better a little sencha than no sencha!

I'm going for different this spring. Last year I just stuck with my favorites from the previous year. That worked out fine but was a bit boring, so this year I want to try some new tea. lao cong shui xan and tai ping hou kui top the "to try" list.
