No more discrimination against the coffee drinkers!
ooooooohhhh....but ish April 1st
Actually Deb....I´ve been lurking a bit in coffee forums and I found a couple of strange things about them. First that they´re very focused on espresso based drinks (when there are so many ways to brew!) and second that they´re very focused on the hardware.
It has be wondering why they don´t talk about the beans more...afterall my last batch came with all the info about their origin I´d expect from a good tea...
Sertão micro lot
Madagascar chocolate, sweet toasted hazelnut, berry acidity, velvety mouthfeel. Delicious as espresso.
* Country: Brazil
* Region: Carmo de Minas
* Farmers: Sertão family
* Elevation: 1,100 - 1,350 meters above sea level
* Varietal: Yellow Bourbon
* Processing: Hand-picked, pulped natural, patio dried
* Trade Certification: Direct Trade
The only thing I can really think of is that most people buy from local roasters rather than online...so no one is drinking the same coffee? Or are they just missing something?
I´m starting to think it´s not really a lack of variety on the beans side.
