Best wishes for your Father Chip.
As for today's teaday topic, I am not quite sure how many teas I have gone through this year, but I can confidently say "Not Enough".

That's what I want to say too.
Last year I stayed in hospital with my father for 2 weeks for his surgery. Although everything was well controlled, it still felt like the longest 2 weeks of my life. But I think your situation is even more challenging. Take care and be strong!

From me too – my very best wishes for your father and your entire beloved ones Chip.
Counting teas I'd say 40+ already this year. I have no overview but 5 to 10 different ones in a week is normal and I have a lot of samples
Today I had the rest of 2009 Guan Zi Zai "Ban Zhang Wild Arbor" - very harsh and bitter - perhaps this one will improve a lot with years to come, but for now it is far to aggressive to drink.

Starting the day with some Yunnan Silver Needles from Norbu, floral, sweet, delicate and delicious drunk from my ROCK hagi!
And after I'm done with that, will up the temperature and see if I can coax a few more steeps from the 80s Snow Mark puerh from Essence of Tea. Mmmm.
