I can fairly accurately say I don't drink anything other than tea. I have been known to have a soda, but that's maybe once every two months or so.

More tea, less plain water. No change to other beverages (but still mostly water + tea).

Tea, tea, and more tea. I'll sometimes have water while waiting for water to boil and the occasional alcoholic drink in social situations, though other than that I only drink tea.

I switched over to tea from coffee about a month ago (mainly because I think I was poisoning myself with how much coffee I was drinking). I've been surprised to find that I've started drinking tea for the rest of the day, too. It's replaced soda and alcohol almost completely.
For me, tea seems to be a perfect drink. It has ritual, huge amounts of variety to explore, and I can drink lots of it without hurting myself.
