I would say I have had somewhat few perfect 10 teas but some notable favorites include:
Sencha: O-cha 7132, Ippodo's Hosen.
Gyokuro: Yame and Kame from O-cha
Hong-Cha: Mandarins Tea Room Yixing Red and Jin Jun Mai, and Tea Gallery Keemun.
Korean: Dao Tea's Balhyocha, and quite a few different Korean Greens.
Highfire TGY: A sample I received from a forum member, and Mandarin tea room's Classic roast.

Since the question is about 2011 teas I don't have to think about all the wonderful chinese greens that I finished in 2010. So I nominate O-Cha Tsuen Sencha Otsuusan. It's a karigane, so it's reasonably priced, only $18 for 100 grams. It's easy to brew, and it tastes wonderful, with a rich flavor. I've been beginning each tea day with it for several weeks.
I chose 20%, because I've just been learning about puerhs and I'm not ready to nominate any of those teas for a 10 rating. Maybe when my Dragon Tea House 40 ml yixing arrives from China...............

At lunch, made a last ditch effort to enjoy an 07 Mi Lan Dancong from Hou De. Failed. This tea has such a harsh qi, it gives me a headache every time. Sometimes, it gives me mouth ulcers and, in general, I find it quite unpleasant in every way -- except the lovely stewed peaches and spice aroma wafting out of the gaiwan.

Great TeaDay! Began with Yutaka Midori from Umami-Chaya followed by Guricha from Xell and finished with a Yame Gyokuro also from Xell with the Mrs!
Planted a new Japanese Maple in the garden this evening, a red leaf dissectum though the name eludes me at the moment. Checked the leafing out progress of the other Japanese Maples I heavily pruned a few weeks ago.

Relief that this day is coming to a close. Power outages; making our way downstairs twice (for the first time in more than 30 years) because of tornado warnings in our county; BIL's car damaged with hail while he was at work at the hospital; we're still under a Tornado Warning until midnight, but it is clearing to the West!
The local weather guys have been on TV since 2 p.m. this afternoon solid, without any commercials, covering storm after storm training through the Tennessee Valley.
Power was out for a while; Ed had to bring my oxygen downstairs to me. Glad he was home.

Whew! Glad you are safe and that Ed was home ... but, did you have hot water for tea?
Seriously, glad that you are ok.
