I'm relatively confident that I have under 35 teas that I haven't tried, though I suppose I wouldn't be surprised if I had over that...
I've bought a lot of pu'erh, and while I've tried most of it, I have a lot more... and then there's the free samples that have piled up. I am actually currently working through my back-log (and organizing my journal so that I know what's what), so I hope to have it cleared in a month or two...
Re: Wednesday TeaDay 5/4/11 Undiscovered teas in your own home?
None, actually, I've at least tried everything I have, including samples.

TD continued with a delightful Shui Xian 09, a gift from a TCer, brewed in my newest acquisition, a beauty created by Seong-Il.
This was followed by gyokuro from Xell served up in cups from GreenwoodStudios.
Great TeaDay today will end with some SLT!

I want to say about 5-10. Working on the ones I have open right now and eventually I'll make my way to those.
Shou puerh today. Need to wake up.
